**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the development and continuous enhancement of sophisticated cash forecasting models, partnering closely with Accounting and FP&A to ensure accuracy, scenario planning, and alignment with business objectives.

+ Perform detailed variance analysis for forecasts and implement model improvements based on performance.

+ Oversee daily cash management and funding activities, proactively identifying and resolving potential funding and currency shortfalls, and optimizing intercompany settlements and external payments.

+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with global banking partners, driving the selection and implementation of advanced banking products and services to support evolving business needs.

+ Architect and maintain an efficient global cash and banking structure, with a focus on freeing trapped cash and ensuring optimal funding for all entities.

+ Direct the recording and analysis of investments (money markets, repos, time deposits) and derivatives (interest rate swaps, FX forwards/swaps), ensuring robust controls and transparency.

+ Design, document, and continuously improve treasury processes, procedures, and controls, with an emphasis on automation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

+ Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analysis and reporting on cash positions, risk metrics, accounting, and debt utilization, leveraging data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making.

+ Help drive implementation and maintenance of advanced reporting and datasets in Power BI and Alteryx

+ Oversee system and bank portal administration, including user access, reporting, configuration, and internal support, ensuring strong governance and control performance.

+ Lead strategic initiatives such as Bank RFPs, insurance renewals, and group financing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

+ Support FX Exposure analysis, FX risk management, and hedging strategies

+ Champion ongoing optimization of the treasury systems landscape, including integrations with other finance systems and adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._

Extensive corporate treasury experience, with a proven track record in cash management, forecasting, and strategic financial planning within an international, multi-currency environment.

Advanced expertise in building and maintaining detailed cash forecasting models, collaborating with Accounting and FP&A to drive business results.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient standard operating procedures and controls (public company preferred).

Proficiency with treasury management systems (Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury) and experience leading system implementations or upgrades.

Strong analytical skills and experience delivering actionable insights through ad-hoc finance and treasury projects.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Commitment to continuous improvement and elevating the performance and profile of the Treasury function.

MBA or professional certifications such as CTP, and/or CPA are highly desirable.
