**Job Description**

Oracle's Software Assurance team is seeking a highly skilled **Principal Technical Program Manager (IC4)** to drive and deliver complex, high-impact programs that are foundational to our evolving greenfield security product and services portfolio. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining Software Assurance for greenfield security.and governance standards. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering alignment among key stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your deep expertise in technical program management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. You will enable teams to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant solutions, and help Oracle stay at the forefront of innovation in software assurance and security.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own and execute the end-to-end roadmap for security software assurance products and services, driving on-time, on-scope delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.

+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, and other stakeholder teams to facilitate communication, prioritize requirements, and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.

+ Influence and align with stakeholders across engineering, security, and business units to drive adoption of program initiatives and organizational change.

+ Proactively resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and enable swift decision-making to keep programs on track.

+ Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen to enable informed decision-making and balance technical, operational, and business objectives.

+ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies in close partnership with security, compliance, and risk management teams.

+ Measure and report on program success metrics; identify opportunities for optimization and champion operational excellence initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.

+ Demonstrate deep technical understanding of software security principles, cloud-native architectures, and secure development lifecycles.

+ Develop and deliver executive-level summaries, dashboards, and program status updates, articulating risks, mitigation strategies, and achievements to all levels of stakeholders.

+ Apply expertise in agile and program management methodologies to deliver complex initiatives efficiently and adaptively.

+ Ensure an exceptional customer experience by upholding high standards of quality, consistency, and stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
