Software Licensing Specialist
Compucom Systems, Inc. provides end-to-end IT managed services to enable the digital workplace for enterprise, midsize and small businesses. We're looking for a Software Licensing Specialist to join our team.

The Software Licensing Specialist provides day-to-day account interaction, quoting and order processing services in support of Compucom's software business. Provides basic pre-sales/post sales software licensing support. Assists with growing the software business. The Software Licensing Specialist also acts as a point of contact and collaborates with Account Sales Reps, Compucom internal teams, Solution Architects, and Customers to support given software portfolio.

**This position is open to US and Canada applicants**

**Responsibilities**

+ Produce Software licensing quotes direct from OEMs or via distribution partners. Utilize external OEM/Distribution Partner portals, Internal company tools/templates, and validate accuracy of licensing SKUs along with applicable software programs. Provide support as needed via research, other licensing information and pricing. Ability to manage large complex quotes and RFPs.

+ Provide New, Addon, Usage, Consumption and Renewals based Licensing orderprocessing support to internal teams. Manage software lifecycle and related reportingas needed.

+ Submit Deal Registrations and Other Special Pricing Requests in OEM specific portals or via Distribution partners. Manage and update existing Deal Registration/special pricing approvals, track expiry dates and apply for extensions as needed.

+ Maintain advanced knowledge of assigned software licensing portfolio, Software Subscriptions and services, deal registration/pricing programs, and Sales/or technical certifications to provide effective ongoing support.

**Skills & Responsibilities**

+ 7+ years of related software licensing sales support experience; industry experience preferred.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), Microsoft CSP (direct or indirect), and modern Microsoft Cloud commercial constructs (e.g., MCA/Microsoft Customer Agreement, seat-based offers, Azure consumption, New Commerce Experience).

+ Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and other Microsoft licensing and pricing models.

+ Experience in software licensing quoting and order processes, working with distribution partners.

+ Microsoft EA, CSP Programs and Offerings.

+ Ability to understand Licensing programs, SKUs and order process requirements.

+ Ability to gather and communicate quoting requirements.

**Wage Range** **:**

The annual starting salary for this position is between $ **60,000 - $88,000** annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
