**Responsibilities**

**What You'll Do**

As the Director of Strategy, you'll help set the direction for the future of Help at Home by supporting enterprise strategy, value creation planning, and strategic initiative execution. You'll partner directly with the SVP of Growth and Performance and collaborate with executive leadership across a matrixed environment to translate strategic priorities into focused, actionable workstreams. This role requires a systems mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without authority.

**Key Responsibilities:**

? **Enterprise Strategy & Value Creation**

+ Support the development of long-term strategic plans across growth, diversification, operating model evolution, and margin sustainability.

+ Lead strategic analysis on topics including:

+ Service line optimization (e.g., aging, IDD, duals, VA)

+ Geographic and market expansion, especially in Medicaid and public-payer landscapes

+ Reimbursement-informed program design and innovation

+ Technology enablement for scale and efficiency

+ Drivers of care continuity, reliability, and enterprise performance

+ Translate strategy into clearly defined initiatives with ownership, timelines, and measurable success metrics.

+ Monitor progress toward key priorities, flag emerging risks, and support course correction when needed.

+ Develop a structured strategy execution framework that supports enterprise alignment, decision-making, and reporting.

? **Executive, Sponsor, and Board Engagement**

+ Prepare materials and presentations for Executive Team meetings, Board of Directors, and private equity sponsors.

+ Translate strategy into clear and compelling communications, dashboards, and updates.

+ Support leaders in articulating strategic priorities internally and externally.

+ Plan and facilitate leadership sessions and strategic offsites.

? **Change Management & Strategic Execution**

+ Act as a connector across functions to drive enterprise-wide initiatives forward.

+ Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and embedded into functional and field-level plans.

+ Partner on change management strategies tied to care model evolution, operating structure changes, and funding shifts.

+ Align strategy with operational realities through collaboration with finance and analytics teams.

+ Provide insights and recommendations that support enterprise performance and scalability.

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills & Competencies:**

+ Proven success navigating large, complex organizations and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.

+ Comfort operating in a matrixed structure with multiple priorities.

+ Ability to develop, communicate, and execute strategy through influence-not authority.

+ Clear and effective written/verbal communication, including leadership-level presentations.

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams.

+ Analytical rigor and comfort working with financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics.

+ Collaborative and low-ego working style with integrity and accountability.

**Education & Experience:**

+ 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or healthcare services strategy.

+ Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior executives.

+ Experience in a growing, multi-site services organization; exposure to Medicaid or public-payer markets is highly valued.

+ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; able to convert data into actionable insights.

+ Demonstrated ability to drive results through alignment and influence.

+ Experience preparing board-level materials and executive presentations.

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field (required); Master's degree preferred.

+ Experience in healthcare services, private equity environments, and/or publicly funded care models strongly preferred.

**Physical & Travel Requirements:**

+ Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

+ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

+ Must be able to travel up to 50%.
