**Summary:**
As the Quality Integration Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Execution and Delivery scope within the Quality Operations team of Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction (DEC) Operations pillar. In this role, you will focus on integrating the quality program across new site mobilizations and first-of-kind turnovers. You will provide programmatic support for systemic risk mitigation and ensure consistent execution of quality processes at a global level throughout our entire construction quality program.You will work closely with Regional Quality and Area Construction management teams to plan and strategize Quality Operations, supporting global delivery performance and driving innovation. By developing and optimizing processes and requirements through a cyclical, continuous improvement approach, you will enable the efficient and scalable operation of Quality teams. Ultimately, you will play a critical part in advancing the effectiveness of our global construction quality program by fostering collaboration, driving process improvements, and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality data center projects.
**Required Skills:**
Quality Integration Lead - Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction Responsibilities:
1. Mobilize third-party teams to ensure project readiness, lead comprehensive quality kick-off meetings, and establish clear expectations and deliverables for all stakeholders. Proactively set up each project for successful execution by implementing robust quality frameworks, facilitating early risk identification, and ensuring seamless hand-off to Regional Quality Management for ongoing oversight
2. Coordinate cross-functional alignment at project inception, ensuring all teams are equipped with the necessary resources, documentation, and training
3. Develop and deploy standardized quality kick-off protocols to drive consistency and clarity across global projects
4. Establish project-specific quality objectives and success metrics in collaboration with Regional Quality teams
5. Lead early engagement sessions to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, setting the foundation for project success
6. Provide enhanced support during the initial phase of project turnovers, guiding and mentoring project teams through critical transition points to ensure quality standards are maintained and lessons learned are captured. Act as a central resource to facilitate smooth hand-offs, resolve emerging issues, and reinforce best practices during the first phase of operational integration
7. Lead post-construction quality reviews and facilitate knowledge transfer between construction and operations teams
8. Support project teams in navigating the complexities of first phase turnovers, ensuring compliance with Meta's quality standards
9. Implement feedback loops to capture and embed lessons learned, driving continuous improvement in turnover processes
10. Serve as a point of escalation for unresolved quality issues during turnover, coordinating with Manufacturing Quality Engineering and other cross-functional partners as needed
11. Help drive the closure of systemic and critical gating issues through programmatic support of projects during construction and turnover and escalate to the Manufacturing Quality Engineering team or other XFNs as applicable
12. Provide guidance and direction to project teams and interface at the highest level between design, construction, and facility operations leadership and the general contractor
13. In conjunction with Regional Quality Management teams, establish effective processes and standards to enable efficient execution and effective cross-functional communications
14. Through the establishment of outstanding partnership, coordinate quality issues & schedule dynamics between the Meta design, sourcing, construction, and facility operations teams
15. Provide feedback to Regional Quality management teams to drive consistency in execution of quality program and focus on mitigation risk to capacity Delivery
16. Evaluate effectiveness against Quality Program Standards and modify, if required, Level 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 related quality & commissioning products and processes such as specifications, checklists, test procedures, guidance documents and playbooks
17. Responsible for the "operationalizing" of fleet wide best practices across site Quality teams, and driving embedment of Lessons learned to enforce consistency across execution of program
18. Engage proactively with the Planning & Strategy team within Quality Operations to ensure alignment of delivery execution with broader organizational goals. Collaborate on the development and refinement of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and resource planning to drive innovation, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the global quality program
19. Participate in regular strategy sessions to inform and influence the direction of quality operations programs
20. Provide delivery-focused insights and feedback to support the development of long-term quality roadmaps and resource allocation plans
21. Partner with Planning & Strategy to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring the delivery team is positioned to respond effectively
22. Champion the integration of strategic priorities into day-to-day operations, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
23. Contribute to building collaborative teams by mentoring and developing the construction Quality & Commissioning teams while providing performance signal to DEC leadership
24. Role requires travel to various sites throughout the U.S. Estimated travel is approximately 60%
**Minimum Qualifications:**

25. 10+ years experience in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) programs for data centers or mission critical construction projects
26. Experience with managing teams and leading high-performing groups to achieve exceptional results
27. Demonstrated experience field issue management and construction risk mitigation
28. Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs
29. Experience with civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines
30. Experience in mission critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems, and the ability to apply that experience to current data center challenges
31. Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on, start-up work environment

33. Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software
34. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and other Business Intelligence platforms, and driving rollout of useful tools to increase team efficiencies

$150,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
