**Job Description**

Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Program Manager with expertise in deliverables management and risk & issue tracking to support program excellence for federal clients. This role requires proactive collaboration, stakeholder communication, and a passion for process improvement.

**PLEASE NOTE: Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance.**

In this role, you will be central to overseeing deliverable quality, schedules, and compliance, as well as identifying and managing program risks and issues. **Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the creation, versioning, quality review, and timely submission of program deliverables across multiple workstreams.

+ Maintain and update deliverable trackers, schedules, and calendars; ensure all deadlines and requirements are visible and met.

+ Curate and maintain report templates and boilerplate language; ensure reporting standards and best practices are followed.

+ Coordinate with Task Order PMs, stakeholders, and subject matter experts on deliverables' status, due dates, format/content, and feedback resolution.

+ Lead monthly and ad hoc reviews of deliverables, facilitating audits for quality, completeness, and compliance (including 508 requirements).

+ Track, document, and escalate program risks and issues; maintain up-to-date risk/issue logs and integrate findings into program status reports.

+ Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement workflow/process improvements, drive adoption of best practices, and ensure programmatic alignment.

+ Support Change Management and Training leaders and other stakeholders by providing timely updates, structured guidance, and ensuring clarity around roles, responsibilities, and processes.

+ Organize and facilitate meetings, planning sessions, and status calls to maintain communication and progress across all program areas.

+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field

+ At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including program or project management, risk management, and/or deliverable tracking, preferably in healthcare IT or large-scale transformation programs

+ Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers

+ Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
