**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ The internal communications analyst will support Evolent's mission by working across the organization on multiple high-visibility projects and collaborating with C-suite-level leaders.
**Collaboration Opportunities:**
+ The internal communications analyst will join the employee experience and communications team within the Talent group and become a key member on the team that drives change management and employee experience at Evolent.
+ This person will also work directly with department representatives across Evolent, including Legal/Compliance, IT, Evolent International, Customer Service, Clinical Operations and more.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
+ Write, format, proofread and distribute communication materials (e.g., newsletters, intranet content, executive messages, email updates, videos, decks, etc.)
+ Maintain internal communications channels including Evolent's intranet, communications inbox and calendar, and recurring publications, among other channels.
+ Gather and plan communications content such as employee, customer and patient stories for larger company campaigns.
+ Produce all-company meetings including town halls, office hours and other informational sessions.
+ Support internal campaigns through messaging and coordinated rollout plans related to culture initiatives, change management and company policy.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management communications, often acting as the communications team representative to these groups as needed.
+ Provide logistical and creative support for internal events, town halls, senior leadership meetings, and employee recognition initiatives.
**Qualifications - Required and Preferred:**
+ 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, employee engagement or public relations; experience in employee communications highly preferred.
+ A bachelor's degree or higher in communications or public relations, English, journalism, marketing, business or related fields is preferred.
+ Must have experience using email distribution software, intranet publishers and virtual event platforms. Specific experience using Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams/Town Hall is a plus but not required.
+ Knowledge of visual communication basics (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) is required.
+ Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite of applications.
+ Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with attention to tone and clarity.
+ Ability to translate complex information into engaging, employee-friendly content.
+ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working with various people and departments.
+ Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines at once.

**Technical Requirements:**
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $67,000-$75,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
