Supports the Findings and Issues Management manager by maintaining high-integrity tracking, evidence organization, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-through for findings/issues impacting FCC Products.
Key responsibilities
+ Maintain accurate findings/issues records, including severity, ownership, milestones, and due dates; enforce hygiene standards.
+ Track action items, dependencies, and blockers; drive follow-ups and escalate risks to the manager when needed.
+ Assemble evidence packages for closure (test results, approvals, control artifacts) and ensure artifacts are retrievable.
+ Produce recurring status reporting for leadership, including aging views, slippage drivers, and key risks.
+ Support governance forums: agendas, minutes, decision logs, and action tracking.
+ Coordinate responses to audit/risk information requests with Product, IT, and Compliance stakeholders.
+ Identify patterns across findings/issues (repeat themes, systemic drivers) and propose insights for problem management.

+ Findings and Issues Management Manager and Head of Product Assurance.
+ Aligned Corporate IT remediation owners and release managers.
+ Operational Risk and Audit stakeholders requesting status/evidence.
+ Product Governance/Product Operations and Compliance SMEs (as applicable).
Success measures
+ Trusted, accurate reporting and clean evidence trails; minimal reconciliation issues.
+ Faster follow-through on actions and reduced stalled remediation due to better coordination.
+ Improved readiness for audits/exams through organized, complete artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 3+ years in governance operations, remediation tracking, PMO, product ops, or technology risk coordination (banking experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong writing and organization skills; able to create crisp summaries and maintain high-quality documentation.
+ Comfort with tooling such as JIRA/Confluence and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI or similar).

Compensation Range:
$57,000-$113,000 annual salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. ?Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. ?In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
