**Job Description**
As a Lead Consulting Software Developer, you will drive analytics strategy and collaborate proactively across global, cross-functional teams and customer organizations to deliver unified, scalable, and standardized analytics solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
You will provide strategic and technical leadership in developing and executing the analytics vision for Patient Accounting, ensuring alignment with evolving industry trends, customer requirements, and best practices. Collaborating across global, cross-functional teams, you will drive analytics strategy and the custom development of scalable, standardized data-driven solutions to optimize customer workflows and achieve organizational objectives. You will work closely with product management and engineering to modernize analytics platforms, establish unified data/AI governance frameworks, and create opportunities for standard integration across Oracle and partner solutions. As a thought leader, you will foster innovation, promote best practices, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused analytics projects. You will also leverage a deep range of coding languages to maintain data integrity, quality, privacy, and compliance. Throughout the sales cycle, you will provide technical guidance, participate in customer presentations, and ensure solutions are designed for long-term success, standardization, and interoperability.
**Responsibilities**
**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of experience working with complex healthcare data, with deep expertise in hospital-specific workflows and custom integration solutions.
+ 15+ years of hands-on experience with a range of database languages such as PSQL, MSQL with a strong emphasis on governance, data modeling, and the development of analytical solutions-ideally within healthcare or enterprise-scale environments.
+ Demonstrated experience in leading analytics strategy and custom solution development, with a proven ability to set direction and manage execution across global, cross-functional teams.
+ Track record of standardizing and modernizing analytics platforms while developing custom solutions for scalable and broad customer use.
+ Strong understanding of Patient Accounting workflows and the latest healthcare analytics trends.
+ Extensive experience architecting and implementing custom integration solutions to address unique requirements within hospital and healthcare environments.
+ Proven ability to influence trends and engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.
+ Demonstrated experience collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to define, document, and refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on customer requirements.
+ Strong understanding of sales cycles and the ability to clearly articulate the impact of scope changes on project timelines, costs, and resource needs.
+ Skilled at facilitating scope workshops with customers, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and customer expectations.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong presentation skills required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
