Guidewire Claim Center developer
**Job Summary**
As a Deveoper within ISG, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Guidewire technologies. With a strong focus on integrating complex systems, you will ensure seamless operations and drive efficiency across the organization. Your technical expertise and domain knowledge will directly contribute to enhancing solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Lead the design and development of product architecture using Guidewire Insurance Suite to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
· Oversee integration using the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework to enhance interoperability.
· Provide technical expertise in GW Units and SQL to optimize data management and performance.
· Collaborate across teams to implement DevOps practices supporting CI/CD pipelines.
· Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
· Ensure seamless implementation of Guidewire ContactManager to support CRM capabilities.
· Utilize Java and Gosu to build and customize Guidewire solutions.
· Implement and enhance Guidewire BillingCenter to optimize billing operations.
· Leverage PCF for cloud-native user interface development.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
· Perform system audits and performance optimization reviews.
· Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.

**Qualifications**

· Strong development background in Java, Gosu, and SQL.
· Hands-on experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.
· Familiarity with P&C insurance business processes and regulations.
· Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
**Certifications Required**
· Guidewire Certified Professional
· Java SE 8 Programmer Certification
**Compensation**
Salary expectation for this role is between $99,000 to $116,000. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives in accordance with company policies.
