**Purpose of Role**
The Sr. Professional, Outbound Transportation oversees the daily process of ensuring our athletes receive their product on time and at the right cost. This role plans, executes, monitors and analyzes the flow of product from the distribution houses to our athletes across all sales channels.
**Your Impact**
- Plan, design and execute the most efficient way to ship goods for UA's channels
- Analyze cost and service metrics to provide guidance to eCommerce and Retail teams around opportunities for improved athlete experience
- Responsible for ensuring UA meets budget targets by managing an $85M annual spend.
- Communicate daily with cross-functional teams to execute transportation strategy (DH Teams, Account Services, IT, DTC Operations Teams & external transportation providers,
Freight Auditors)
- Report KPI dashboards weekly to Supply Chain, Sales & DTC Leadership team, provide guidance on areas of opportunity for cost and service improvement
- Lead weekly calls with external transportation providers to evaluate KPIs. Hold external partners accountable to service/cost commitments
- Lead projects related to transportation that support key company initiatives (Back to School, Peak Holiday Planning, etc)
- Monitor DH performance as it relates to upgraded shipping costs. Work with DH teams to reduce upgrades and improve margin
- Develop routines to improve accuracy of UA claims for lost/damaged packages. Ensuring UA protects margin.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree required, supply chain, logistics focus preferred
- 1 - 2 years transportation or supply chain experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- SAP, Warehouse Management (Manhattan) & Transportation Management Systems
- Tableau/Snowflake
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities
**Workplace Location**
- Preferred candidate will live within commuting distance of UA Baltimore HQ or UA DH's
- Work Life Integration - 4 days a week at office/DH
- Travel: 5% of the year, some international

**Base Compensation**
$74,133.20-$92,666.50 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
