The Director, Behavioral Health Product Director leads all behavioral health product development within a designated "vertical" or "pillar" within the Behavioral Health organization. This role works across a matrixed organization and leverages data to ideate products that will support Humana members, translate that ideation into an executable solution, measures outcomes, and continually improve the product. This position is a high-accountability role that requires an in-depth understanding of product development, how to effectively bring diverse stakeholders together to drive urgent execution, and the use of data to drive decisions.
The Director, Behavioral Health Product Director will "own" a product portfolio within the Behavioral Health organization. This individual will form and lead a team whose focus is multifaceted. The director is the accountable owner for a product lifecycle that includes: 1) Product Identification and Opportunity Assessment; 2) Product Strategy and Design; 3) Build and Operationalization; 4) Launch and Adoption, 5) Performance Monitoring and Optimization; 6) Scaling; and 7) Improvement.
The director will build a high-performance team of individuals who support these steps. This role will work day-to-day with stakeholders and customers across the enterprise and be the single accountable owner for the product portfolio. Will also work with other portfolio owners to support efforts that cut across verticals.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to craft enterprise-impacting behavioral health products
+ Work across enterprise stakeholders to align on prioritization and resource allocation to facilitate timely delivery
+ Support team in the crafting of an execution plan for products in development
+ Ensure product impact is measured and transparently share outcomes with stakeholders.
+ Own the results and follow-up actions needed based on outcomes
+ Communicate effectively vertically and horizontally in the organization

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Product-led model expertise and experience
+ 7 years of experience working in a healthcare environment
+ Adept at interpreting data and translating it into opportunities
+ 5 years of experience as a manager with direct reports
+ Proven organization, planning, and prioritization skills to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently
+ Demonstrates exceptional executive?level communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Independently driven with strong urgency of execution
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health field or RN with background in psychiatric nursing
+ Product certification and/or LEAN or Six Sigma certification

+ WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
+ A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
+ Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$150,000 - $206,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
