Fusion Service Implementation Director, Global Finance Operations (GFO)
**Job Description**

The Fusion Service Implementation Director (senior individual contributor) will play a pivotal supporting project management role in delivering a unified help desk solution across the Global Finance Organization (GFO). Reporting to the head of GFO's Fusion Service Center of Excellence, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning OAL, product development, operations, and sales, ensuring effective collaboration and timely progress across teams.

In this role, you will assist with project planning and tracking, facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, and help manage dependencies and deliverables. You will work closely with business analysts during requirements gathering, support testing teams with test plan coordination and user acceptance testing, and partner with AI and automation specialists to identify and implement new efficiencies within support processes.

Additionally, you'll support the adoption of standardized workflows and best practices as a member of the Center of Excellence (COE), and promote continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned. Your proactive coordination, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key to fostering alignment and meeting project objectives on schedule and within scope.

**Responsibilities**

Project Coordination

+ Serve as the key liaison between OAL, product development, operations, sales, and other stakeholders

+ Maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies

Process & Governance

+ Develop and enforce standardized implementation workflows and best practices

+ Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards

Resource Management

+ Coordinate with readiness teams to develop training schedules and materials for end users and support teams

Change Management & Adoption

+ Work closely with the COE Project Manager to deliver a consistent communications strategy to inform stakeholders of project status, upcoming changes, and support resources

+ Facilitate user training, feedback collection, and adoption initiatives

Issue Resolution

+ Monitor deployment health, escalate critical issues, and drive timely resolution

+ Compile post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned reports

**Qualifications & Skills**

+ Strong understanding of help desk applications and workflow design

+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight timelines

+ Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement

US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
