The Workday Business Analyst provides collaborative functional and technical support for Workday Financial and HCM modules and Adaptive Planning.

This role partners with Finance, Human Resources, and IT teams to maintain system integrity, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights.

This role assists with configuration, reporting, testing, and end-user support to ensure Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions align with Institutional goals and compliance standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with EXCEL worksheets

Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments with sensitivity to deadlines, priorities, and adaptive to change.

Demonstrated professional work ethic, positive, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

**Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline or equivalent experience required.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** , include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.

Partner with Finance and other departments to provide functional and technical support for Workday Financial modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Business Assets, and Procurement.

Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements to ensure system functionality aligns with institutional goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and maintain business processes, validations, calculated fields, and security roles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Work with cross-functional teams to oversee system updates, coordinate testing, and troubleshoot issues for Workday releases and new functionality.

Design and maintain dashboards and custom reports in partnership with Finance stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights.

Coordinate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to implement enhancements and resolve system issues effectively.

Assist with data uploads, reporting, and analytics by working closely with Finance to provide actionable financial insights.

Support Workday releases by organizing and participating in testing of new features and functionality.

Provide ongoing end-user support and training, and develop clear documentation to promote effective system use across the institution.

Track and evaluate product usage and its impact on end users, recommending improvements based on findings.

Contribute to the development and execution of change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of system updates and enhancements.

Support and utilize Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in collaboration with Finance teams.

Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of Finance and HR technology initiatives.
