**About the Role**

The Senior Facilities Coordinator will operate in a dynamic environment, providing support for HVAC, electrical, lighting, and energy systems. This role is responsible for managing service tickets, approving NTEs, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. In addition to coordinating field service activities and HVAC work, the coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly. The position combines technical knowledge with customer service expertise to deliver reliable facilities support and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

**What You'll Do**

Provide technical support to customers on building system issues.

Support installers and subcontractors with troubleshooting and system guidance.

Configure and set up control systems to ensure proper functionality.

Perform field startups and system commissioning to verify system performance.

Answer customer's calls by telephone and/or email to determine the nature of the problem and respond to each situation by assessing customer's needs and provide clear and accurate responses to customer.

Manage remote installation of software and control programs for building systems.

Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

**What You'll Need**

+ High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

+ General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facility Coordinator position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facility Coordinator position is $43.27 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
