Description We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in modern design tools and methods to craft seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with developers and other team members to implement responsive designs, maintain design systems, and ensure accessibility standards are met in every project.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and manage scalable, component-based design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to create responsive layouts and ensure smooth integration.
- Apply accessibility standards in all designs to enhance usability for diverse audiences.
- Develop browser-based animations to improve user interactions and engagement.
- Contribute to style guides and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
- Use prototyping tools to create user flows and test designs for functionality.
- Conduct visual quality assurance to ensure designs align with mockups and specifications.
- Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues to maintain a consistent user experience. Requirements - Minimum of three years' experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
- Experience with component-based design libraries and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and their application in digital design.
- Ability to communicate and present design ideas effectively to teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, or frameworks such as Vue/React for styling and interactions. Innovation starts with people.®
