This is a remote, Work-At-Home position.

The Insurance Product Management Representative assists in the management of insurance product offerings for each market and customer need. They perform varied activities depending on product timelines and perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support assignments.

The Insurance Product Management Representative 2 monitors insurance product performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. This team supports the markets by engaging in Medicare product bid filings, implementing product changes, and member communication. They provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. They help in identifying product gaps, recommending product changes, and overseeing the implementation of changes to products. Decisions are typically focused on the interpretation of area and department policy and methods for completing assignments. This position works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Comprehensive knowledge of these Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms.
+ Experience giving detailed focus on the task at hand with the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
+ Demonstrated sense of urgency as it relates to deliverables and priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Associate degree in business or related field
+ Experience with Medicare or Managed Care products
+ Auditing experience in any setting
**Additional Information**
To ensure remote employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
+ Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide remote employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
**Interview Format**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$43,000 - $56,200 per year
