Role: Site Manager

Location: Olive Branch, MS

Schedule: M-F l 7:00am - 3:45pm

**Site Manager Job Description**

The Site Manager position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and control of the production unit. This position is accountable for the attainment of all revenue, cost, output, and efficiency goals pertaining to service delivery, product quality, executional accuracy, control and reduction of total costs, and operational performance reporting.

**Customer Service / Delivery:**

+ Assure complete and on-time attainment of services delivery schedules.

+ Assure daily communication, coordination, and collaboration with the designated client POCs.

+ Collaborate with other departments within client to develop effective cross-functional relationships.

+ Assure attainment of general operating plan revenue generation.

+ Assure weekly SLA / KPI performance and CI progress review meetings are conducted with client leadership.

**Cost Control and Reduction:**

Facilitate continuous improvement in all areas of total cost.

+ Assure labor utilization efficiency of 100% or higher.

+ Assure operating budget spending control performance.

+ Support the introduction of new technology, methods, and systems.

+ Assure accurate and prompt reporting and tracking of all daily / weekly SLA / KPI information.

**Safety / Security:**

+ Assure consistent implementation of and compliance with all OSHA / EPA / FDA / Client safety and risk management regulations, policies.

+ Assure all accidents and incidents are reported, investigated, and corrective actions implemented to minimize further reoccurrence.

+ Assure that all operation-prescribed PPE - footwear, gloves, safety glasses, aprons, etc. - is utilized by all associates while working within applicable areas.

**Workforce Development:**

+ Assure effective and consistent administration all policies, procedures, regulations, standards of ethics, and reporting protocols.

+ Assure management and development of employee skills and capabilities.

+ Assure maintenance of excellent employee morale.

**Lean / Continuous Improvement:**

+ Champion a Lean / CI / 6-S culture.

+ Assure Lean / Six Sigma / CI / 6-S tools are deployed, and the on-site team is trained in understanding and application.

+ Continuously work to improve everything!

**Overview of Requirements:**

+ 5+ years of direct warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and/or related experience in a supervisory and/or management role.

+ 5+ years of direct leadership experience of a team of 15+.

+ A demonstrated progression of professional development and professional achievement.

+ A record of consistent KPI's, goals, and objectives attainment.

+ Proven capability to work collaboratively as a member of the overall senior operational leadership team.

+ Strong focus upon workforce safety and OSHA compliance.

+ Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written.

+ A Lean Six Sigma practitioner - green or black belt preferred.

+ Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

+ 4-year degree or equivalent experience with concentration in the areas of general business management, engineering, or statistics preferred.

+ Ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. for sustained periods.

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
