DC Quality Assurance Associate I

Join Ferguson as a **DC Quality Assurance Associate** at our **Fulton, MS Pipe Yard** and be part of an exceptionally driven team committed to building better infrastructure, homes, and businesses. This role is your opportunity to contribute to our world-class quality assurance processes and help us maintain our dedication to excellence!
**Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p. Starting Rate: $20.50/hr.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner on and oversee quality assurance procedures, tools, and quality standards alongside industrial teams.
+ Improve reports and/or evaluate standards and processes to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
+ Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
+ Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures, detailing results in the required format.
+ Coordinate data for technical documentation, enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies crafting continuous improvement impacts.
+ Adhere strictly to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
+ Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
+ Proven experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
+ Strong analytical skills to determine and successfully implement quality standards.
+ Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
