We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused **Senior Partner Operations Manager** to join Cornerstone OnDemand's GTM Strategy, Planning, and Operations team. This exciting and impactful role is central to shaping the frameworks, operating models, and insights that power Cornerstone's partner ecosystem across all major routes to market.
You will collaborate closely with leadership across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive partner-led growth, strengthen operational discipline, and support strategic decision-making across global regions.
**In this role you will...**
**Partner Strategy & Planning**
+ Support the development and refinement of Cornerstone's global partner strategies across multiple routes-to-market and channel models, including but not limited to resellers, GSIs, and hyperscaler marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
+ Contribute to long-term partner ecosystem planning, including segmentation, coverage models, and investment priorities.
+ Lead components of annual planning processes, including target-setting, performance tracking, and reporting.
**Programs, Governance & Operations**
+ Help design and evolve partner programs, incentives, and operational frameworks aligned to Cornerstone's GTM strategy.
+ Build and manage operating rhythms that bring visibility, alignment, and predictability across global partner motions.
+ Collaborate and guide the design, development, and deployment of an optimized PRM process and system
+ Work with Finance and Sales Operations to improve partner forecasting, data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting.
**Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution**
+ Serve as an operational thought partner to the Partnerships leadership team, connecting insights across cross-functional teams.
+ Support key initiatives that enhance partner experience, improve partner performance, and drive ecosystem revenue.
+ Develop data-backed insights, dashboards, and recommendations to guide leadership decisions and resource allocation.
**You've got what it takes if you've got...**
+ **5+ years of experience** in partner strategy, channel operations, GTM strategy, or similar roles within a SaaS environment.
+ Experience with multiple SaaS ecosystem routes-to-market and channel models, such as **resellers, GSIs, marketplaces, and technical partnerships.**
+ Demonstrated ability to build or improve partner operating mechanisms, program structures, and governance processes.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning data into actionable insights.
+ Demonstrable experience with partner engagement and management processes and systems, such as Salesforce and Zinfi
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions and functions.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
+ **Must be based in the United States; Eastern Time Zone preferred** to support collaboration with GTM leadership in the United State and Europe.
