?? Location: Gulfport, MS

?? Pay: $45/hour

?? Schedule: Nights

Are you an experienced RN ready to make a difference in long-term acute care? Join our team in Gulfport, MS and provide exceptional care to medically complex patients in a supportive environment that values your expertise.

What You'll Do

As an LTAC RN, you will:

? Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care for medically complex patients

? Supervise care, treatment, and services for assigned patients

? Document care plans using nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions

? Create a safe, therapeutic environment for patients

? Revise care plans based on evaluations and patient needs

? Ensure compliance with facility policies, standards, and HIPAA requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

+ Current RN License in the state of practice

+ 1+ year experience in long-term acute care preferred

+ Skilled in acute rehab for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post-trauma patients

+ Strong communication and documentation skills

+ Computer proficiency required

Minimum Requirements

+ Current CPR certification

+ TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray)

+ Current Health Certificate (per contract/state regulation)

+ Must meet federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be 18+ years old
