**Job Description**
NetSuite is looking for a passionate, creative, and self-directed product leader to help lead a team of product managers responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for NetSuite's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This leader will define how organizations plan, budget, forecast, and analyze performance using the NetSuite platform, delivering capabilities that help finance and operations teams make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen, technical depth, and leadership experience, with a strong ability to drive clarity, prioritization, and execution across a complex, cross-functional environment. You will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that advance NetSuite's leadership in cloud ERP
We are very interested in candidates who have strong domain experience in financial SaaS applications.
**Qualifications/Skills:**
· 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership role.
· Proven success managing enterprise SaaS or ERP products, ideally in financial management or performance management domains.
· Strong understanding of FP&A, financial close, or related business processes.
· Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without authority.
· Experience driving end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, launch, and adoption.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and internal/external audiences.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
· Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
· Demonstrated success driving cross-functional execution in complex organizations.
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

**Responsibilities**
· Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for the NetSuite EPM portfolio, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, and Performance Analytics.
· Define and execute the product strategy for NetSuite EPM, aligning with business objectives and customer priorities.
· Drive roadmap definition and execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
· Collaborate with the Engineering, UX, QA, and Technical Writing teams to create exceptional solutions to customer problems.
· Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption, enablement, and customer satisfaction.
· Represent the product line in executive meetings, roadmaps reviews and internal go-to-market meetings.
· Mentor and coach PMs, fostering career growth and building a high-performing, collaborative culture.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
