Senior Systems Integrator
**Description**
SAIC is seeking a **Senior Systems Integrator** for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.
_This position is contingent upon award news, expected early 2026._
**Duties:**
+ Perform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for C5ISR systems
+ Plan and delivery of high-quality Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements
+ Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including stage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical and operational manuals for C5ISR systems
+ Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes
+ Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables
+ Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks
+ Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing

**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelors and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/ Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
**Required Security Clearance:**
+ Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment
**Required Certification:**
+ Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, or Linux - Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire
**Desired Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
+ Familiar with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings
+ Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
+ Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate
+ **Desired/Key C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6ISR Shipboard Systems:**
+ Integrated Bridge System
+ Gyrocompass (e.g., WSN-7)
+ Surface Search Radars (e.g., AN/SPY-6, SPS-series)
