**Job Description**
OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Product Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver best-in-class product solutions and drive strategic supply chain transformations for OCI's enterprise customers. You will collaborate with teams across product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful development, launch, and scaling of OCI's supply chain product offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Program Leadership & Strategy:**
+ Lead and manage the execution of strategic programs within OCI's supply chain product planning area, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.
+ Develop and maintain program plans, track progress, identify risks, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
+ Work closely with senior stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
+ **Cross-functional/Organizational Collaboration:**
+ Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive end-to-end product planning and execution.
+ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, align priorities, and resolve conflicts.
+ Facilitate regular status updates, ensuring all teams are aligned on program progress and any changes in scope or timelines.
+ **Supply Chain Process Improvement:**
+ Understand the challenges and opportunities within global supply chain management and work with product teams to deliver solutions that enhance OCI's product offerings.
+ Drive improvements in supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory management functionality within OCI's product suite.
+ Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and track key performance metrics for program success.
+ **Risk & Change Management:**
+ Identify and mitigate risks early in the program lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
+ Handle change management for product features or timelines, ensuring teams are prepared for and adaptable to changes.
+ **Customer & Market Insight:**
+ Engage with customers and industry experts to stay current with trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs in supply chain planning.
+ Leverage market feedback to drive continuous product enhancements and improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
+ Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, with a strong focus on supply chain, product management, or enterprise software.
+ Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with cross-functional/organizational teams.
+ **Technical & Domain Expertise:**
+ Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, and order management.
+ Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management products or similar enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, SCM, PLM) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with PMP, Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
+ **Skills & Competencies:**
+ Excellent project management skills. Experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar, is a plus.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
