The Forest Manufacturing Finance team is seeking a high-energy professional to work as an Analyst supporting the Raytheon factory in Forest, MS. The primary responsibilities are to assist the factory operations team in driving site productivity and efficiencies through the forecasting and tracking of HPUs, touch labor utilization, support/touch ratios, indirect spend rates, PRISM Pools, and other metrics.

**What You Will Do**

+ Support the Forest Manufacturing Finance team in driving site productivity and operational efficiency.

+ Assist in forecasting and tracking key metrics, including HPUs, touch labor utilization, support/touch ratios, indirect spend rates, and PRISM Pools.

+ Partner with factory operations to identify opportunities for financial and process improvements.

+ Analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate insights to drive informed decision-making.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

**Qualifications You Must Have**

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.

+ This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

+ Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications)

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

**Qualifications We Prefer**

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues

+ Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills; collaborates well in team settings

+ Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

+ Familiarity with SAP financial systems (APEX/PRISM), MRP, and labor pool concepts

+ 3.0 GPA or higher

The salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 95,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
