Caregiver Belonging Consultant
**Job Description:**

The Equity and Inclusion Consultant plays a pivotal role in advancing enterprise-wide initiatives at Intermountain Healthcare. This position supports the Caregiver Belonging team and collaborates closely with cross functional working groups and leadership to support and advance a culture of inclusion and belonging for all caregivers across all levels of the organization.

The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: **California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington**

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

+ **Experience in Employee Diversity and Inclusion**

+ **Project management**

+ **Experience Leading and Teaching**

+ **Experience with Equity Related Data Analysis**

+ **Experience in designing and training-Belonging experience**

**Essential Functions**

+ · Project and Program Management Act as the primary liaison and system coordinator for Intermountain Health's internal Local Equity Committees. Lead impactful organizational change through effective two-way communication and information sharing that support health equity and belonging initiatives and advance Intermountain' s mission, vision, and values.

+ · Evaluate Effectiveness Develop and update dashboards and reporting functions to monitor progress toward caregiver belonging goals. Measure the impact of belonging-related projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide regular updates to department and domain leadership.· Analyze and interpret caregiver belonging and health equity related data.

+ Identify opportunities to improve caregiver belonging and inclusion in the workplace using data-driven evidence. Monitor progress toward departmental KPIs using tools such as OneDrive, Workday, and Microsoft Teams. Analyze and interpret caregiver belonging-related data and share with internal stakeholders.· Collaborate and Partner Collaborate with cross-functional working groups across the enterprise to support caregiver belonging and workforce inclusion. Engage senior leaders and operational partners to advance caregiver belonging initiatives. Foster relationships across departments to achieve shared goals and align the work.

+ · Design and facilitate educational resourcesCollaborate with the manager of Caregiver Belonging to design and facilitate belonging-related workshops, trainings, Knowledge Articles, handouts, and other educational resources that build cultural competence and inclusive leadership skills within the workforce.

+ · Consulting and Influence Provide guidance and consulting to leaders and caregivers on caregiver-related belonging and inclusion strategies and best practices. Influence workplace culture and proactively impact KPIs related to caregiver belonging goals. Partner with operations leaders to facilitate and implement system-wide changes.

+ · Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly across all organizational levels

+ · Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

+ · Data Analysis: Experience in data-driven interventions to improve employee organizational culture. Proficiency in establishing KPIs and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.· Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools like OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Workday, and Service Hub for effective monitoring and collaboration.

+ · Consulting: Expertise in providing strategic consulting on belonging and inclusion-related initiatives and influencing organizational culture.

+ · Continuous Improvement: Ability to drive continuous improvement from pilot phases through full implementation.· Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to liaise effectively with Local Equity Committees and other stakeholders.

+ · Written Communication: Skill in creating knowledge articles and updates to support caregiver inclusion and belonging-related initiatives.

**Qualifications**

+ **Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**

**Experience: With a degree: Minimum of Two years in HR or business leadership. Without a degree: At least Five years of relevant leadership experience.**

+ **Consulting Expertise: Proven ability in HR consulting with strong influence and strategic impact.**

+ **Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, effective across all organizational levels.**

+ **Facilitation Skills: Skilled in leading diverse teams and building strong relationships.**

+ **Technical Proficiency: Experienced with tools like OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Workday.**

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to communicate verbally and understand spoken information.

+ Operate computers and office equipment.

+ Ability to read computer monitors and documents.

+ Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.

+ Bilingual

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$44.33 - $68.42
