As a Principal TPM within the OCI Datacenter Software & Automation team, your role is to move beyond project execution to define and drive the strategic direction for mission-critical cloud infrastructure programs. You will be embedded with engineering teams, leading the delivery of large-scale, complex programs that transform how OCI designs and launches new cloud regions globally.

This function requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership influence. + Communicate program status, decisions, and priorities succinctly and effectively to executive leadership (VP/SVP level), driving alignment across diverse technical and business workstreams.

+ Define and implement measurable business process improvements, including establishing baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous organizational improvement.

+ Deep-dive into technical architecture, collaborate effectively with Software Architects and Engineering Leads, and leverage technical depth to drive implementation decisions.

+ Apply strong business acumen to assess enterprise risks, design actionable mitigation plans, and manage complex cross-organizational dependencies with clear, measurable outcomes.

+ Mentor and coach Technical Program Managers and drive organizational excellence in program execution and best practices across the organization.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Extensive experience in a Technical Program Management role, preferably within the cloud computing, hyperscale infrastructure, or enterprise software development industries.

+ Expert-level strategic thinking and a proven track record of aligning large-scale engineering efforts directly with product and business strategies.

+ Strong technical background with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies (e.g., distributed systems), and complex engineering processes. Must be able to deep-dive into technical discussions with Architects and Engineering Leads.

+ Proficiency in leveraging data tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and program management platforms (Jira/Confluence scripting) to automate workflows, build program-level dashboards, and enforce accountability across domains.

+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive organizational alignment.

+ Proven ability to own and drive end-to-end technical program delivery, including building prioritized roadmap, resource planning, and proactive risk mitigation in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing business priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) or large-scale automation systems for cloud infrastructure.

+ BS or MS in a technical or quantitative field such as Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Computer Science or equivalent degree
