Software Development Snr Manager
**Job Description**

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is transforming healthcare by leveraging AI and advanced technologies to deliver automated, patient-centric solutions globally. The Platform Engineering organization is building a next-generation decision support system to continue advancing the Oracle Health EHR.

We are seeking a **Software Development Senior Manager** to engage in coordinating and delivering this system. This position will be a key leadership role in implemented high-quality software solutions to embed clinical and business intelligence to optimize the experience of clinicians, nurses and other providers.

You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, and talent development within the team. You will lead by example in identifying and mentoring talent, engaging in regular career development discussions, and offering strategic guidance to support the professional growth of each team member. **Responsibilities**

+ Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to delivering high-impact products within Oracle Health AI.

+ Develop, retain and attract top applied engineering talent.

+ Drive engineering and operational excellence.

+ Define and execute the vision for next-generation services and products for healthcare.

+ Evaluate and leverage emerging AI technologies - assessing their relevance, maturity, and impact.

+ Ensure adherence to best practices for scalable, secure, and robust deployment of services.

+ Communicate and coordinate routinely with other product leaders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,600 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
