This role leads the enterprise marketing analytics function, providing strategic guidance, performance measurement, and actionable insights across campaigns, channels, and member journeys. You'll partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals and member needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Team Leadership**
+ Lead and mentor teams responsible for data analysis, rapid prototyping, and audience selection.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
+ Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned with strategic priorities.
**Data Prototyping & Tactical Delivery**
+ Oversee rapid prototyping of data products to support tactical campaign and analytical activities.
+ Guide associate development of prototype files for attributes not yet captured in hardened data products.
**Audience Strategy & Activation**
+ Lead the team responsible for audience selection within Adobe Experience Platform.
+ Ensure audience definitions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with campaign objectives.
+ Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to refine audience segmentation strategies.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with analytics, insights, and marketing teams to prioritize and manage demand for audience and analytics needs.
+ Translate business requirements into actionable data prototypes and audience strategies.
+ Ensure alignment between upstream data sources and downstream campaign and analytics consumers.
**Data Product Hardening**
+ Guide the evolution of prototype data into hardened, scalable data products.
+ Ensure data products meet standards for quality, usability, and compliance.
+ Contribute to the roadmap for data product development and lifecycle management.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field
+ 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign execution, performance measurement, or data strategy
+ 5+ years of people management experience
+ Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL
+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
+ Experience with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
+ Experience managing campaign activation prioritization and capacity
+ Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
+ Experience managing and mentoring data analyst or campaign audience builders
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or Business
+ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
+ Knowledge of statistical modeling, attribution, and predictive analytics

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
