Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a **Senior IT Manager - Enterprise Solutions (Healthcare)** to join the team of IT professionals in a role. **Responsibilities:**

· Lead strategic planning and execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, with a focus on healthcare IT solutions.

· Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems, including EHR platforms and integration frameworks.

· Drive the implementation of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture to support business agility and interoperability.

· Manage cross-functional teams through Agile (SCRUM) and DevOps methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.

· Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., SaaS platforms, cloud services) to optimize infrastructure and reduce operational costs.

· Direct the development and implementation of APIs and HL7/FHIR-based integrations to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

· Monitor system performance and support operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of critical applications.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.

**Required Qualifications:**

· Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementations and integrations.

· Proficiency in .NET (C#, VB, Core), SQL, Java, XML, JSON.

· Deep understanding of HL7/FHIR standards, ESB, API development, and microservices architecture.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), middleware (MuleSoft), and SaaS applications (Salesforce).

· Strong background in Agile project management and DevOps practices.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for the position is between $113,459- $195,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
