We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives within MarketPoint training to ensure best in class learning experiences that drive performance results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, process optimization, and data analysis. This role will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training design and delivery processes, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs through effective use of data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Training Process Oversight:
+ Analyze existing training and intake processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
+ Manage the design, development, and delivery of training design and delivery processes in partnership with training operations and other partner teams
+ Partner with subject matter experts to ensure processes are accurate, aligned with business needs and Service Level agreements
+ Deliver training and ongoing support to partner teams around process adoption and execution
+ Provide consultative support to partner teams as needed to drive adoption of consistent processes
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of processes using metrics and feedback, and implement improvements as needed
+ Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to inform process innovations
2. Content Governance
+ Establish framework for content lifecycle management, including creation, curation, updating, and archiving of key knowledge documentation
+ Maintain repository/repositories of all learning content assets
+ Maintain version control and audit trails for key content assets
+ Train content creators on governance processes, tools, and standards
+ Lead review cycles to identify redundant, outdates, or low-impact content
+ Act as Point of Contact for questions related to content authors, versions, and other related requests
3. Data Analytics and Reporting:
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training effectiveness and operational efficiency
+ Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
+ Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize programs, and enhance process improvement initiatives.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaboration:
+ Foster a collaborative environment to promote knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding training process management updates, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in education, training, organizational development, data analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in program management, instructional design, or a related role
+ Proven track record in project management, process improvement, program development, and data analytics
+ Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Expertise in program management technologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with data-driven decision-making and change management.
+ Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
+ Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPTD, or data analytics certifications are a plus

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
