**DESCRIPTION:**
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Preconstruction BIM Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between design, construction, and marketing-collaborating closely with Estimating, Operations, and Marketing departments to develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and 4D simulations. The ideal candidate has a background in architecture or interior design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of storytelling, visualization, and technical execution.
As a **Preconstruction BIM Engineer** at Roy Anderson Corp., reporting to the **VP of Construction Technology,** you will have the opportunity to:
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Estimating, and Operations to develop: - Proposal graphics and deliverables - High-quality renderings and visualizations - 4D simulations for construction sequencing using project schedules - Presentation decks and marketing collateral
+ Develop and manage BIM content and models during preconstruction phases
+ Convert design intent into immersive presentations using Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent software
+ Support pursuit efforts with customized visuals and storytelling narratives
+ Participate in internal coordination meetings to understand project scope, sequencing, and critical logistics
+ Integrate project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) into 4D visualizations for client-facing material
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in architecture or interior design with a strong portfolio of marketing and presentation work
+ Proficiency required in: - Autodesk Revit - Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) - Enscape and/or Twinmotion (other visualization tools a plus)
+ Familiarity with BIM-based construction sequencing and 4D tools such as Synchro, Navisworks, or similar
+ Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
+ Construction or general contracting experience is a plus
+ Knowledge of Procore or other construction management platforms is a plus
