Business Planning Manager-Ops
**Job Description**
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of business operations experience
+ Experience building a collaborative team focused on driving successful outcomes
+ Experience successfully navigating a matrixed organization to drive results
+ Experience with business reporting
+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances
+ A proven self-starter with the ability to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Would the proposed job typically be expected to manage people?
+ Yes - critical function of role
+ Position will lead a current team of at least 5 direct reports.
+ Other Pertinent Information
+ Position can be fully remote in the US as long as ability to travel as required
+ Reporting to an Operations Leader.
**Responsibilities**
The leader needs a strong management mindset with the ability to develop and grow a high-performing team. Success in this role means delivering results on project financial management activities including transaction controls, project hours management and forecasting, EACs, milestone management, invoicing and billing.

+ Operations
+ Manage a group of business analysts who work with project managers and support project financial management functions for a specific group of projects within the Consulting LOB.
+ Project Support
+ Project Creation and Modifications
+ Maintain Project Transaction controls
+ Project Hours Management and Forecasting
+ Support Project Managers in the Hours Estimate Process
+ Milestone Management
+ Monitor Writeoffs (WAR) and Maintain Non-bill tasks
+ Monitor and action Credit Holds
+ Invoicing and billing
+ Project Closure
+ Management
+ Build and retain high performing team
+ Provide active coaching, development and feedback to the team
+ Coordinate training and rollout of new business processes and systems
+ Serve as escalation point for project managers who are supported by BA's
+ Support vision, objectives and initiatives of Business Operations leadership
+ How is success measured for the position?

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
