Principal Product Manager/Strategy
**Job Description**
This role will support the OCI Growth Enablement team in driving the growth of our various public, private, and sovereign cloud offerings. A deep, proven track record of bringing to market large-scale enterprise software and/or cloud hyper-scalers is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with agile software development and Pragmatic Marketing principles of product management.
This role requires the ability to execute, communicate, and influence for success in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners, to identify new products and product capabilities, champion them towards implementation, and ultimately put them in the hands of the world's most demanding customers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for customers and engineering teams. The candidate will also have superior executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple lines of business.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
