**Description:**
One of my clients is looking for a Technology Lead to add to their team. The Technology Lead will have a proven track record of directing development teams and solving complex design requirements. The Technology Lead will also effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Technology Lead will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team of developers. The Technology Lead needs to have experience with AS400 and have a deep understanding IBM platform. The Technology Lead will drive the development of cutting-edge financial applications.
_We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._
_Rate: $60- $65 / hr. w2_
**Responsibilities:**
+ Extensive experience in RPG programming and a deep understanding of the IBM i platform.
+ Strong expertise in DB2, including database design, optimization, and management.
+ Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial applications and processes.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
+ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Experience Requirements:**
+ Extensive experience in RPG programming and a deep understanding of the IBM i platform.
+ Strong expertise in DB2, including database design, optimization, and management.
+ Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial applications and processes.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
+ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Experience with modern development methodologies and tools.
+ Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies used in financial services.
+ Relevant certifications in RPG programming or DB2.
_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
