Automation Analyst 1

This position is for an Automation Analyst in the Health Practice Area. The ideal candidate will analyze and review current processes to assess operational efficiencies and create automations that enhance data collection, reporting, and business processes. They will collaborate with project teams, clients, and team members to develop and deploy automation solutions, including gathering business requirements, user training, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting automation errors and bugs, developing and managing instructional documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for created automations, and supporting various projects with reporting and data analysis needs.

+ Analyzes and reviews current processes to assess operational efficiencies

+ Creates automations that lead to efficiencies and improvements in data collection, reporting, and business processes

+ Collaborates with project teams, clients, and team members for automation development and deployment, including business requirements gathering, user training and testing, solution maintenance and adjustment as necessary

+ Troubleshoots automation errors and bugs

+ Responsible for development and management of instructions documents / Standard Operating Procedures documentation for created automations

+ Supports operations of various projects with reporting and data analysis needs, including regular and ad-hoc report development and execution

+ Demonstrated ability to recognize issues and inefficiencies and independently research, develop and deploy automated solutions

+ Proven ability to analyze large datasets and effectively display, present, and explain results

+ Ability to clearly document processes and create detailed instructional documents

+ Proficiency in MS Office products, Excel, Word, Power Platform, SharePoint and other databases

+ Excellent organizational and written communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize across multiple projects with varying deadlines and teams

+ Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams

+ Position may be required to travel as necessary

+ Prior experience working with healthcare data is a plus

+ Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ relevant years' experience required

+ 3+ years prior work experience with automating workflows, preferably with Power Platform, especially in Power Automate and PowerApps

+ Remote setting in continental US. Experience working remotely preferred.

PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $59,000 - $65,000 and a potential discretionary bonus of up to 10%

**Compensation:**

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
