Production Director (Oxford Campus)
SUMMARY

The Production Director works under the supervision of the Lead Worship Director to disciple, develop, and shepherd servant leader Production Teams. The Production Director empowers the Oxford Production servant leaders for the work of ministry in various positions of live production.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Walk others through the Discipleship Pathway (Essentials ? JCL ? Be the Church), helping them discover and take their next step.

+ Shepherd people, not just programs, by listening for where God is at work in their story and walking with them toward transformation.

+ Equip and release others by developing Servant Leaders and multiplying disciples who Learn from Christ, Live in Christ, and Lead others to Christ.

+ Measure success by life change, spiritual formation, and multiplication-not just attendance or activity.

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Shepherd and disciple the servant leaders of the Production Team to Learn from Christ, Live in Christ, and Lead others to Christ.

+ Develop methods of recruitment and development of servant leader teams.

+ Maintain and steward the vision of the Pinelake Production Team at the Oxford Campus.

+ Work with local staff team and Worship Technology Staff for equipment repair and upgrades.

+ Work alongside with Lead Worship Director to set goals for the Worship Production Team and execute plans with staff team.

+ Collaborate with One Church Production to ensure weekly videos/content is checked and service-ready.

+ Work as needed alongside One Church Production in the creative process for global church events.

+ Ensure servant leader team is equipped for services.

+ Provide continued training opportunities to equip Oxford Production servant leaders.

+ Coordinate with local ministries to help with ministry events that require production (baby dedication, funerals, etc.) As well as provide training support to ministry teams to execute their event.

+ Develop and implement the Worship Production budget

+ Dedicated to quarterly training and development in order to continue to grow in technical abilities and to strengthen the team dynamic.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises Worship Production servant leaders in their service to the local church.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; and one to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in a focused area such as Audio, Video, or Lighting is essential. Preferable some experience in Audio.
