Product Manager
Our client, a dynamic player in the automotive part manufacturing industry, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their team as a **Product Manager** . As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies to enhance Division sales and profits while delivering top-notch customer service.

**Job Title:** Product Manager

**Location:** Olive Branch, MS 38654

**Pay Range:** $80,000-100,000 plus bonus

**What's the Job?**

1. Take complete responsibility for the product line, covering product development, promotion, pricing, and channel strategies for a defined portfolio.

2. Develop and implement growth strategies for the product line, including customer, market, geography, and channel penetration.

3. Drive marketing communication initiatives for the product line, such as promotions, catalogs, social media, and web presence.

4. Investigate market needs, prioritize product development efforts, and collaborate with Engineering.

5. Conduct market research through trade associations, internet investigation, and corporate services.

6. Support field sales and distributors to drive product line sales and uphold the Division's premier customer service position.

7. Support new product development, providing expertise in discovery and beyond stage 3.

8. Develop and deliver product line training for field sales, channel partners, and customers.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitors, and contribute to the development of response strategies.

10. Lead existing product innovations, modifications, and extensions.

**What's Needed?**

1. 4-year college degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales within the related industry.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office.

5. Strong analytical skills.
