Review the postage bills for accuracy. Contact vendor if necessary. Process in MAGIC. Submit for approval Process publications. Review the publication for accuracy. Contact vendor if necessary. Process in MAGIC. Submit for approval Process conference material. Review the conference for accuracy. Contact employee/vendor if necessar. Process in MAGIC. Submit for approval Contact the vendor or person for clarification if necessary Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2-4 years of experience and/or appropriate certification.
