Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role collaborates with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develops sourcing strategies, manages candidate pipelines, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Partner also supports talent acquisition initiatives, recruitment reporting, and continuous improvement efforts while working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through internal talent pools and external recruiting channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support workforce planning and hiring performance.
Stay current on talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition processes and service delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including job intake, sourcing strategy development, candidate outreach, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Experience recruiting within a global organization, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or similar environment preferred.
Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred.
Demonstrated success utilizing a variety of recruiting strategies, including digital and social media sourcing.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, and recruiting trends.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong relationship-building, consulting, and influencing skills.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
