Role Overview
The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in engaging and enrolling new participants into MyCharlie and other AllHealth CHOICE (AHC) service offerings. This position manages referrals, conducts participant outreach, completes enrollments, and serves as the first point of contact for participants. The Enrollment Specialist provides exceptional customer service while educating participants about AHC's clinical programs, applications, and remote monitoring devices.
Success in this role requires compassion, dependability, and a commitment to exceeding the expectations of participants, their families, clients, and team members. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and assist with community events
· Conduct ongoing outreach to prospective participants.
· Schedule and complete participant enrollments.
· Schedule enrollment appointments and provide support for telehealth devices and platforms.
· Educate participants on AHC programs, the MyCharlie app, and peripheral devices.
· Document intake assessments and participant communications in the LHR and other required systems.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong technology skills.
· Work independently with flexibility to accommodate evenings, weekends, and changing business needs.
· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and information security requirements.
· Maintain a distraction-free remote workspace; attend mandatory in-office days as required.
· Successfully complete the company's technical skills assessment.
· Travel as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
