Moore's Automotive Repair is a growing, family-owned automotive repair shop looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, staying busy, and working in a positive team environment, we'd love to meet you. This position plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
No automotive experience? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Hourly pay based on experience

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions.
Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations.
Review digital vehicle inspections with customers.
Educate customers on needed maintenance and repair services.
Present repair recommendations and help customers make informed decisions.
Follow up with customers who have previously declined recommended repairs.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process through phone calls and text messages.
Schedule future maintenance and exit appointments.
Coordinate repair schedules with automotive technicians.
Receive, verify, organize, and return automotive parts.
Open and close the office according to company procedures.
Write thank-you notes and perform customer follow-up calls.
Assist with marketing, customer appreciation events, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records.
Help keep the office clean, organized, and professional.
Work closely with technicians and fellow team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand.
Sales, customer service, or office experience is preferred.
Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
Valid driver's license.
