Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Crew Leader to supervise and work alongside teams on new residential construction sites. You’ll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  Lead daily work activities and crew operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safety compliance and conduct site inspections.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with supervisors and complete daily reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Train and mentor crew members.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  3+ years of construction experience; 1+ year in leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read blueprints and manage resources.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA certification preferred.

  
  

Physical:

• 
  

  Able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
