Shift Options: 1st Shift, 8:45 AM-5 PM | 2nd Shift, 5 PM-9 PM | Monday-Friday | Mandatory 2 Saturdays per month

Call Center Representative Requirements:
6-12 months of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively and follow scripted instructions accurately.
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
Close attention to detail, dependability, and strong attendance record.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to sit for extended periods in a sedentary call center environment.
Call Center Representative Job Duties:
Make outbound calls to rewards customers following established call scripts.
Read scripts verbatim with accuracy, proper pacing, and professionalism.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.
Document call activity and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused tone during all interactions.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
Remain receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous performance improvement.
