Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Provide product knowledge and cross sale all MAGCOR's business segments: textiles, printing, metal fabrication, office furniture and dormitory mattresses. Always insuring a consistent high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales servicing.
Make visits to our customers through face-to-face meetings, as well as, telephone calls and emails to identify opportunities for growth.
Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships and handle customer’s needs generating new sales with existing and potential customers.
Grow the customer base within the territory by identifying prospects, uncovering opportunities for new business and exceed expectations.
Maintain weekly call reports, which include an overview of meetings with customers, successes and top prospects.
Promptly and accurately provide quotes to customers.
Participate in trade shows throughout the state.
Qualifications
Previous account management experience preferred but not required
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel
Must be able to pass NCIC background check.
Must have no hesitations about working within the prison system.
