Job Summary
At the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Responsibilities
Performs selected tests and measurements in consultation with the therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use.
Performs patient treatment as indicated by the treatment plan.
Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable.
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Qualifications
Required:
Education:
Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, Active U.S. military service members or veterans
With any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PA program is acceptable
Licensure/Certification: State of Tennessee OTA License
