Duties: Manage and develop comprehensive assessment programs for continued improvement of student programs and services that enhance student learning; coordinate professional development opportunities for divisional staff.
Requirements: Master’s, Higher Education, Public Policy/Administration, or related field. Solid background in student affairs assessment, program review, and strategic planning, including: higher education program development; budget management and financial reconciliations. Demonstrated ability to design, conduct, and report research or assessment projects using qualitative or quantitative methods; ability to present to institutional committees or university stakeholders. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, NVIVO, SPSS. In depth knowledge of ACPA/NASPA Professional Competencies.
