This Position is for a Contract Physical Therapist with locations in in Poplarville, Biloxi, Gautier & Wiggins MS. Employer will fill positions based on shift availability.

Contract Term: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities: Administer individual evaluation or screening of persons referred for or receiving Physical Therapy services. Develop written service objectives. Develop and provide Physical Therapy programs based on individual assessments. Train and monitor OT/PT departmental and program staff in implementing individual programs. Recommend Physical Therapy activities to interdisciplinary team members. Provide consultation on adaptive equipment and equipment modifications. Complete evaluation reports, monthly progress notes, or other paperwork as required. Related or similar duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements: Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy. Applicant must be certified by teh National Board of Certification adn licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Health. Must have a MS Driver's License, or license from a contiguous state adn have personal vehicle insurance in order to drive a State vehicle. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. 

Work location: Long Beach Campus/Community Homes In Poplarville/Wiggins/Biloxi/Gautier

Pay: 65 per hour Up To 80 Hours Per Month

Schedule/shifts:Sunday-Saturday 8am-4:30 pm, Up tp 20 hours/month.
