Job Title: State Pageant Recruiter (Hybrid)
Position Type: Temporary / Contract (5-Month Assignment)
Compensation: $6,000 per month (Total Contract Value: $30,000)
Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (70% Remote / 30% In-Person Events)
Location: Hiring in ALL U.S. States (Must reside in assigned state)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven State Pageant Recruiter to lead statewide recruitment efforts for a national pageant program. This role combines digital outreach, community engagement, and in-person event recruitment to identify and enroll qualified participants.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and skilled in both relationship-building and social media recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Outreach
· Identify, recruit, and onboard pageant participants within assigned state
· Conduct outreach via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
· Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, salons, boutiques, and community groups
· Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
Event Engagement (30%)
· Attend local events, expos, community gatherings, and networking functions
· Represent the organization professionally in public settings
· Conduct face-to-face recruitment and information sessions
Digital Operations (70%)
· Manage daily online recruitment campaigns and messaging
· Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or tracking systems
· Host virtual info sessions and candidate onboarding calls
Reporting & Performance
· Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets
· Submit weekly activity and performance reports
· Maintain accurate documentation of all applicants and outreach efforts
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED required
· 1+ year experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer engagement (preferred)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable with public speaking and networking
· Proficient in social media platforms and basic digital tools
· Ability to travel locally within assigned state (reliable transportation required)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in pageants, modeling, events, or brand promotion
· Background in commission-based sales or recruiting
· Existing network within community organizations or influencer circles
· Must be trainable
Compensation & Benefits
· $6,000 monthly compensation (guaranteed)
· Total contract payout: $30,000 over 5 months
· Performance-based incentives may be available
