RN Full-Time Flex Position Available in ER. Work schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM. Rotating shifts — work 3 shifts / off 2, work 2 shifts / off 3, work 2 shifts / 9 days off every 3rd rotation.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
operate and manage critical care equipment (e.g., ventilators, IV pumps)
Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff
Provide patient and family education and emotional support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
